SEASONAL RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER (Full Time)

Job Description: BYCHARI is a fast-growing Los Angeles-based jewelry company that is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Key Holder for our Pop-Up Retail location. The Key Holder is responsible for assisting the Store Manager with daily operations and leading an engaging environment for our clients and team. This includes driving sales, building a strong customer base, and contributing to the development of others. Product knowledge will be the key to success in this position, as you and your team will be brand ambassadors. The team’s role will be to educate clients about our products, offerings, in-store events, and most importantly, the BYCHARI story.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the implementation of plans meets and exceeds sales goals
  • Understand and drive appropriate KPIs to assess business performance
  • Coach Sales Associates in the moment when necessary, to maximize productivity and client opportunities
  • Maintain a professional environment that is motivated, positive, friendly, helpful, and productive
  • Assist with in-store event set-up and activation
  • Participate in creating brand content for our social media accounts (i.e. taking photos of products, posting about upcoming in-store events, etc.)
  • Run daily functions of opening and closing the store

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a leadership/management role
  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in high-volume sales
  • Mandatory weekend and holiday availability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with an ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong computer skills/understanding of POS (knowledge with Shopify POS is a plus)

SEASONAL RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE (Part-Time)

Job Description: We are a fast-growing Los Angeles-based jewelry company that is seeking an experienced Sales Associate for our Pop-Up retail location. Our ideal Sales Associate is a style and fashion enthusiast who will be responsible for providing clients with top-quality service. Product knowledge will be the key to success in this position, as you will be our brand ambassador. Your role will be to educate clients about our products, offerings, in-store events, and most importantly, the BYCHARI story.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Style guests in our latest collections, sharing your detailed product knowledge and providing them with an exceptional brand experience
  • Manage basic store operations such as opening and closing procedures
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals
  • Assist with in-store event set-up and activation
  • Participate in creating brand content for our social media accounts (i.e. taking photos of products, posting about upcoming in-store events, etc.)
  • Maintain store cleanliness
  • Assist with inventory counts to ensure accuracy
  • Accurately perform cashier duties
  • Must be able to work independently and problem solve

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail experience in a sales-driven role, preferably in retail/fashion stores

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Job Description: The Production Assistant will report directly to the Production Coordinator and assist with the daily production flow. The Production Assistant will have a thorough knowledge of our product and quality standards. Responsible for conducting a strict quality control process, the Production Assistant will inspect all incoming goods to ensure the manufacturing process meets our predefined criteria. The completion of this quality check ensures that the final product is not damaged, free of errors, and aligns with the original design to determine accuracy. The Production Assistant will also work closely with the Inventory Manager to assist with inventory upkeep.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside production coordinator to manage custom and non-customer orders
  • Match and quality control all incoming and outgoing orders
  • Help manage inventory upkeep, including count and data entry
  • Provides assistance on wholesale orders; pulling materials and QC
  • Assist Production Coordinator with production pick-up and drop-offs at Vendor locations

Requirements:

  • On-site. Monday - Friday availability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with an ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of Google Sheets / Excel

Customer Experience (CX) / Fulfillment Associate

Job description: We are a fast-growing Los Angeles-based jewelry company that is seeking a Customer Experience / Fulfilment Associate to support the team. The CX/Fulfilment Associate will handle online order fulfillment and assist our customers with any inquiries or issues that may arise along the way. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with our customers via email, online chat, and phone lines. The CX associate must be equipped to de-escalate any issues that may arise on a customer-facing level. You will work closely with our Customer Experience Specialist to ensure all online orders are fulfilled on time and according to standards.

Job responsibilities:

  • Managing fulfillment duties, such as printing order invoices, processing orders, and packaging orders
  • Keeping on top of shipping supplies and re-stocking the shipping station as needed
  • Responsible for having a thorough understanding of our products and company policies
  • Assisting customers with inquiries or issues regarding their orders
  • Process and monitor all customer returns and repairs
  • Partner with shipping carriers to troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a customer service related role is preferred
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be hard-working and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite), Excel, and Shopify. Experience working with Gorgias is a plus.
