We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is made to order. Please see specific defect and repair information below.
Should you require a repair or would like to issue a claim for a defect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of purchase. Submit the name of your item and a description of your repair. Your repair will be authorized within 48 hrs.
We will replace, free of charge*, any diamond or precious stone that is lost from its original setting during normal wear within 28 days of purchase. For all other diamond replacement inquires, please email us at email@example.com for pricing.
We will repair, free of charge, any nameplates that have been damaged within 28 days of purchase due to defect. If the damage is due to customer negligence, the customer will be asked to cover the costs of repair.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all repair and shipment cost, unless it is within the allotted time stated above and it has been determined that there is an issue with the product.
