ORDERS AND SHIPPING
After your order is completed at checkout and your payment has cleared, you'll receive a confirmation via e-mail. If it's your first time shopping with us, your confirmation e-mail may be found in your spam/junk folder. Once your order has been completed, you'll receive a second e-mail with shipping/tracking information.
If you have any questions regarding your order or if you need your order confirmation re-sent, please e-mail info@bychari.com with the order number and inquiry. If you do not have your order number, please provide us with the first and last name used to place your order.
Each product page will reflect when an item is in-stock or made to order. Production time is listed on the product page under details. Please note that shipping selection does not expedite the production time. Domestic orders ship using FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Ground Economy. International orders ship using DHL Express. Orders placed between Monday -Thursday after 2PM PST, will be processed the following business day.
Orders placed after 2PM PST on a Friday or holiday will be processed the following business day. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner; however, due to the handmade nature of our products, we ask that all customers be aware our production times.
Arrival times depend on the shipping method you choose. If you need your jewelry by a specific date, please select the expedited shipping option at checkout and indicate the date in the comments when placing your order.

You can add rush production to a custom order by adding this service to your cart for an additional fee: Rush Production.
Our rush production time is 7-10 business days for items not containing diamond letters, and 10-14 business days for items containing diamond letters. Rush production time does not include shipping time.

Yes, absolutely! For overnight shipping inquiries, please e-mail info@bychari.com before placing your order for a quote.
*Please note that purchasing rush shipping does not expedite the production time of your order.
Orders under $1000 are insured, but will ship ‘no signature required’. Orders over $1000 are insured but will require a “signature upon delivery”.
If you would like to opt out of ‘signature upon delivery’, please email us at online@bychari.com with your order number and stating you would like to opt out of this option. If you opt out of this option, bychari is not responsible if theft, damage, or loss occurs.
All shipping rates, domestic and international, are calculated upon checkout.
BYCHARI is not responsible for packages lost in transit, theft or damage. Please provide a safe and secure shipping address when checking out.
* Wrong address disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct shipping address. BYCHARI ships your package according to the address that is provided. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit or if your package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If the address provided to BYCHARI is incorrect, we cannot ship a new package until the original package has been located. If your shipping address is incorrect please email us at info@bychari.com or call at 310.874.8725 as soon as possible so we can update the address before your package ships out. We will do our very best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.*
BYCHARI has partnered with route to offer package insurance at checkout. If you choose to opt out, your package will not be insured.
Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solution. By selecting Route+ at checkout, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is damaged upon arrival, you can easily file a claim* with route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.

*Claims for packages marked “delivered” must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where status is “not delivered”) must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
We are using tamper-evident holographic seals on all Vote necklaces that are shipped out from our facility. These seals guarantee that each necklace has passed quality control and have been hand packaged by one of our dedicated team members.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We aim to make our products available globally, but unfortunately there are some countries that we are prohibited by law to ship fine jewelry to. Please see the list below of countries we currently ship to. If your country is on the list and you are still having trouble placing your order, please contact us at info@bychari.com
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price but are included with shipping cost. These will be calculated upon checkout and are country specific.
If you refuse a shipment from BYCHARI.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. These charges are not refunded to you.
All prices are listed in US Dollars, and charged to your credit card in US Dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged.

CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders take 3-4 weeks to be produced. This does not include delivery time.
You can rush your custom order by adding our $25 rush production fee to your shopping cart. Production time will be 7-10 business days, delivery time is not included.
PACKAGING
All fine jewelry and custom pieces are packaged in our signature bychari white gift boxes. This includes letter or number pieces and items made in 14k gold or with diamonds. All gold filled, vermeil, and sterling silver jewelry is shipped in our signature bychari logo pouch. Earrings are shipped on our bychari logo cardstock and placed within our logo pouch.
CANCELLATIONS
Yes. If you need to cancel your order, you have 24 hours from the time you place your order to do so. Once production has begun, starts, your order cannot be cancelled.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All sales are final. We unfortunately do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is made to order.
Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
DAMAGES
The BYCHARI team strives for top customer service. If you would like to issue a claim for a defect, please email us at info@bychari.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Submit the order number, the item name, a description of your repair and a picture. Your repair will be authorized within 48 hours.
BYCHARI is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and order number with the package when shipped back to us. We do not refund shipping charges on return items.
We will repair, free of charge, any spaced letter necklace that has been damaged within 30 days of purchase due to defect. If the damage is due to customer negligence, the customer will be asked to cover the costs of repair.
After 30 days, all repairs will be $30. This includes labor and return shipping. Additional shipping will be added at check out.
To start the repair process, please email us at repairs@bychari.com. Include your order number, item name, a description of the repair and picture.
Once we have received your email, please allow 48 hours for a personalized
response and return instructions.
We hope this doesn’t happen, but if it does, we will replace, free of charge, any diamond or precious stone that is lost from its original setting during normal wear within 30 days of purchase. For all other diamond replacement inquiries, please email us at repairs@bychari.com for pricing.
SIZING GUIDES
We cannot be responsible for determining your ring size. Choosing the correct ring size is the responsibility of the customer as people differ in the way in which they prefer their rings to fit. Some customers wear them loosely, while others like to wear them tighter. If you are unsure of your size, please visit your local jeweler and they can assist in sizing your finger.
Each product contains a size guide that pertains to that particular item.
JEWELRY
BYCHARI’s fine jewelry collection consists of options in solid 14k yellow, rose, or white gold.
Gold-filled jewelry is much more valuable than gold-plated. In fact, there is almost 200 percent more gold in gold-filled items than is found in gold-plated items. Just as gold-plated jewelry is plated with gold, gold-filled jewelry is as well, but there is a big difference between the ways these products are made.
Gold-filled items have a much thicker layer of gold on them, and the gold is a much higher quality. In fact, it is just a step down from solid gold when it comes to quality and value.
Gold-filled items also use a gold alloy, which can be very strong depending on the karat of the gold that is used. Remember that the lower karats of gold tend to be a bit stronger, 14 karat gold being an example. A higher karat of gold indicates a higher purity, and while that means the gold piece itself is more valuable, the metal will be a little softer. As a frame of reference, keep in mind that 24 karat gold is pure gold and, thus, the softest form of gold available. Buyers who are looking for a more durable jewelry piece may want to opt for a lower karat.
