We will repair, free of charge, any piece that has been damaged within 30 days of purchase due to defect. If the damage is due to customer negligence, the customer will be asked to cover the costs of repair.
All repairs, excluding custom pieces, will be $35. This includes labor and return shipping. Additional shipping will be added at check out.
To start the repair process, please email us at repairs@bychari.com. Include your order number, item name, a description of the repair and picture.
Once we have received your email, please allow 48 hours for a personalized
response and return instructions.
Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges, all pieces are made to order.
Once an order is placed, edits can be made within 48 hours. Once production has begun your order cannot be edited or cancelled.

We offer package insurance with Route in addition to the shipping rate. Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx 2-day and international orders via DHL Express.
