    Have your order arrive with chic packaging ready to be gifted.

    Each gift arrives with a BYCHARI gift bag and a blank note card.

    All fine items are packaged in a BYCHARI box and wrapped with a white bow.

    All essential items are packages in a BYCHARI microfiber bag.

    If you would like to include a handwritten note, please email info@bychari.com with your order number and personalized note. *Please note that if gift wrapping is not purchased, we are unable to include a handwritten message.

    Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges, all pieces are made to order.

    Once an order is placed, edits can be made within 48 hours. Once production has begun your order cannot be edited or cancelled.

    We offer payment instalment options with ShopPay/Afterpay. Instalment options available during checkout.

    We offer package insurance with Route in addition to the shipping rate. Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx 2-day and international orders via DHL Express.

For made to order pieces, please allow 3-5 weeks for processing, plus shipping time. Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. During peak and holiday seasons, there may be processing and shipping delays.
