    We stand behind our pieces. If any item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, we'll repair it free of charge. If the damage is due to customer negligence, the customer will be asked to cover the costs of repair.

    All repairs, excluding custom pieces, are a flat $55, which includes labor and FedEx 2-Day Express return shipping. Any additional shipping is added at checkout.

    To start a repair:

    1. Email info@bychari.com with your order number, item name, a description of the issue, and a photo
    2. Allow 48 hours for a personalized response with return instructions
    3. Once we receive your item, repairs take 2–3 weeks to complete

    Please note all made to order items are final sale, we do not accept returns or exchanges, see our Returns & Repairs policy.

    We offer payment instalment options with ShopPay/Afterpay. Instalment options available during checkout.

    We offer package insurance with Route in addition to the shipping rate. Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx 2-day and international orders via DHL Express.
